Key Responsibilities: • Assists in the end-to-end recruitment activities • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires. • Support business operations through data entry, letter and document management. • Ensures safe keeping of documents, data maintenance in the internal systems. • Assist with daily office tasks including filing, and preparing presentations slides and reports. • Assist in digital content creation, including creating and editing materials for various platforms. • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment. • Assist with office organization and maintenance • Support event planning and coordination. • Support in organizing employee engagement activities. • Assist in market surveys, statistical data collection, and trending analysis. • Support company operations and back-office activities. • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary. Skills: • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation tools is a plus. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
