Job description: i. Responsible for new user acceptance and conversion: Manage traffic distribution mechanisms, social matching, user relationship systems, and strategies to enhance user engagement and retention. ii. Construct user growth and transformation pathways: Design and implement strategies for user acquisition, retention, and growth through front-end volume purchase, onboarding, and long-term engagement tactics. iii. Lead competitive analysis and benchmarking: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting product strategies accordingly. viii. Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful product delivery and iteration. ix. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs): Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions. x. Enhance platform monetization strategies: Identify opportunities for revenue generation through subscription models, in-app purchases, or other monetization mechanisms while maintaining a positive user experience. Job Requirement: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must to facilitate cross-functional and cross-border collaboration. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle for high-traffic B2C platforms. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics) and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Familiarity with machine learning models, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics for personalized user experiences. Strong understanding of API integration, system architecture, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Expertise in AB testing frameworks and statistical models to validate product decisions. Experience in designing growth hacking strategies, including viral loops and incentivized referral systems, tailored to platform goals. Ability to evaluate complex user behavior patterns and translate them into impactful product features. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-departmental goals while resolving conflicts efficiently. Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members and foster an innovative and collaborative team culture. In-depth understanding of user retention frameworks and lifetime value (LTV) optimization strategies. Familiarity with emerging trends in AI, blockchain, or other advanced technologies relevant to product innovation. Experience in designing monetization strategies that balance user satisfaction with revenue growth.
