Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Product Design: Conceptualise and develop innovative packaging & product designs, focusing on structural integrity, visual appeal, and relatability.
Structural Design: Create and refine packaging structures, ensuring functionality, durability, and manufacturability.
Graphic Design: Design visuals, layouts, and artwork for packaging, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Prototyping & Testing: Develop prototypes for packaging designs, incorporating feedback to finalise designs for production.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive designs align with project goals.
Production Oversight: Prepare and deliver print-ready files, ensuring a smooth handover to the production team. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process as needed.
Innovation: Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance product presentation, explore sustainable packaging options, and elevate customer experience.

Skills & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in packaging design or a related field.
Software Proficiency:
Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Packaging Design Tools: Experience with software like AutoCAD, Blender, or similar for structural packaging design.
Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong understanding of dielines, printing processes, and material selection.
Ability to translate brand concepts into functional and visually appealing packaging designs.
Knowledge of sustainability trends and eco-friendly packaging materials is a bonus.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs meet regulatory, production, and quality standards.
