【Permanent Night Shift】Mandarin Customer Service Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in both Traditional Mandarin and average English. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. This position is permanent working midnight shifts, and experience in the travel and hospitality sector is a plus.Key Responsibility
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and average English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in the flight booking is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer requests.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Comfort with working midnight shifts.
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
