1. Prepare and maintain accurate records of departmental activities, including maintenance requests, work orders and facility inspection.
2. Assist with the preparation of reports on facility usage, maintenance budgets and departmental expenditures.
3. Keep track of equipment and asset inventories and ensure that all items are properly logged and accounted for.
4. Coordinate with contractors and vendors foe scheduling and completion of projects.
5. Transfer information from paper to electronic system in the near future for all fillings and records.
6. Generate departmental reports on a monthly basis.
7. Generate and administrate maintenance team daily work orders report.
8. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting & support of business operations within a department.
9. Assist in sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling meetings.
10. Ensure all office equipment and working environment are well maintained and kept in a clean and safe manner.
11. Managing office inventory and working with staffs to ensure the regular supply of office materials
12. Performs all other related tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement:-
1. Minimum SPM or Diploma or any related fields
2. Minimum of 1 years of working experience in the field of hospital.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
