About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry. It includes, supporting finance operations related scope inclusive of Ariba contract, Purchase Order, Invoicing and Payment, contract novation project activities, inclusive of supplier onboarding.Responsibilities would typically vary in light of the area that the intern supports, which covers the following:
Support the contract upload process to Ariba from risk management system
Support Purchase Order issuance Support Invoice review & manual upload
Follow through payment process and invoice reconciliation (i.e. goods received, invoice submission) Support contract novation project, as & when required
Job Requirements :
Education – In progress for Degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent
Experience – Entry level
Good communication in English, writing, speaking, etc
