  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Operations Executive to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring efficient fulfillment processes, managing our fulfillment team, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop schedules to ensure timely gift delivery and oversee the entire fulfillment process.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate terms, manage relationships, and ensure quality and reliability from suppliers.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Address challenges and continually enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain positive client relationships and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage the supply chain, and oversee logistics to minimize waste and costs.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet sustainability standards and all operations comply with environmental regulations.

  • Must be able to understand and communicate in Mandarin because this role require extensive dealing with China side
