Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including processing online orders and ensuring synchronization with the AutoCount system.
  • Manage the returns, refunds, and warranty claims process, coordinating with suppliers and maintaining accurate stock documentation.

    Inventory Management

    • Ensure stock in AutoCount system is synced correctly across platforms via Zetpy Middleware.
    • Conduct stock forecasts, raise purchase orders, and replenish inventory when levels are low.

      Customer Engagement

      • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across WhatsApp, email, and online platforms to ensure a positive customer experience.

        Campaign Planning & Execution

        • Submit monthly sales campaign plans before the due date, aligned with business objectives.

          Advertising Management

          • Set up and manage advertisements on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, reviewing and optimizing performance twice a month.
          • Configure, manage, and optimize ads for campaign days on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
          • Monitor weekly ad credits and ensure efficient utilization to maximize ROI.

            Affiliate Program Management

            • Manage Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada affiliate programs with a focus on Shopee to drive incremental sales.

              Content Creation & Management

              • Create and upload two engaging TikTok product videos per week to boost product visibility and engagement.
              • Maintain updated and accurate product listings across all online platforms.
              • Handle and respond to customer reviews across platforms to enhance brand reputation.

                Promotions & Vouchers

                • Reset and optimize shop vouchers and promotions monthly to encourage customer purchases.

                  Monthly Reporting

                  • Submit sales reports by brand to brand owners, ensuring sales targets are met and qualifying for yearly incentives.
                  • Prepare profit and loss reports to analyse performance, determine actionable steps, and set pricing strategies to ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce operations, preferably within Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and WooCommerce platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and optimize ad performance effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with AutoCount and Zetpy Middleware or similar systems is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation and customer engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
