CNC Programmer (Furniture), Pontian, Johor

Job Summary: 1. Organize evaluations of pre-production samples and new product development samples. 2. Program, maintain, and manage equipment, and provide technical support for production. 3. Supervise and inspect production quality in the workshop to ensure product quality. 4. Resolve technical and process issues arising during production. 5. Optimize processes for new and existing products to improve production efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Organize and evaluate welding and engraving samples. 2. Develop and implement optimization designs for existing products and processes. 3. Establish and archive automated mold tools, programs, and technical documents. 4. Collaborate with the workshop to improve quality for processes prone to defects, enhancing product quality. 5. Create drawings, tool paths, codes, and machining programs per sample and process requirements, recording key technical information. 6. Strictly adhere to the new product development process, completing debugging and production tasks as scheduled. 7. Assist the workshop in trial production and promptly resolve technical issues during production. 8. Supervise, inspect, train, and provide technical guidance to workshop staff. 9. Perform routine inspections of workstations, promptly debugging and resolving issues as they arise. 10. Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve issues encountered during trial production. 11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time. Requirements: • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or CNC Technology • At least 2 years of technical experience in the furniture industry; recent graduates in relevant fields are also welcome. • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English • Familiarity with production processes for furniture products. • Understanding of welding robots and CNC equipment, with hands-on operational experience.
