Sales Promoter ( Brand Electrical Product)

Job Requirements Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Proven experience in sales or promotional roles is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain product features and benefits effectively to customers. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional periods. Physically fit, as the role may require standing for long hours. Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Actively promote the brand’s electrical products to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Upsell or cross-sell related products to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively in the store. Keep records of daily sales and submit reports to the supervisor/manager. Work closely with the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.
