Job functions: - Attend and respond to customers walk in to UNIFI kiosk to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with TM UNIFI services. - Recommend packages of services to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. - Process orders through online portal, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. - Attending and responding efficiently and accurately to walk in customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued. - Prepare sales and follow-up reports daily and monthly through Microsoft Excel and Word. - Take payment on Utilities Bill Payment from customers. - Act as the company gatekeeper, attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation. Requirements: - Results-oriented and sales-driven with a focus on achieving subscription targets and customer satisfaction levels. - Proven customer support experience. - Track record of consistently exceeding quotas. - Strong contact-handling skills and active listening abilities. - Punctual with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; highly responsible and self-motivated.
