Freelance Video Producer
Job Scope:
1. Resource Sourcing and Arrangement
- Source and arrange resources according to the project budget and requirements, including:
> Talents (casting and confirmation).
> Shooting locations (scouting and securing).
> Props (purchase or rental).
> Make-up and hair stylists (if needed).
> Wardrobe (purchase or rental) (if needed).
> Food and beverages for crew, talents, and clients.
> Transportation for product collection, secure storage, and timely delivery to the shooting site.
2. Budget Management
- Ensure all production expenses stay within the allocated production budget.
3. Production Documentation
- File and organize all necessary production paperwork, including:
> Bills and receipts.
> Call sheets.
> Production reports.
> Shooting schedules.
> Shooting permits and location release forms.
> Insurance documents or visas (if applicable).
4. Scheduling and Updates
- Track and manage scheduling changes and communicate updates to crew and talent.
- Publish updated call sheets, script revisions, and production reports promptly.
5. Communication
- Keep crew (internal and external), talent, and clients informed of their call times and set locations.
6. Production Preparation
- Prepare detailed production schedules, call sheets, and shooting timelines for the project.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the provision of props, costumes, and equipment.
7. Post-Shoot Responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment and props used during production are returned to the company in complete and functional condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,200.00 per week
