Responsibilities:
Commercial Management
- Ensure project expenses and cost are reviewed and approved by the Project Manager and the Projects and Operations Director, ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure costs are efficiently managed.
- Develop and manage cash flow template based on projects by anticipating the client’s payment terms VS the supplier/sub-con payment terms.
- Oversee timely billing the invoice to ensure cash flow aligns with project requirements.
Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support the procurement and allocation of resources.
Execution and Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the schedule and budget.
- Track project deliverables, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Prepare and update project reports and documentation.
Team Collaboration
- Liaise between stakeholders, team members, and external partners to maintain effective communication.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Support team members in resolving technical and operational challenges.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, or audits to verify project compliance.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or related roles (3-5 years)
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Strong knowledge of budget management, cost control, and cash flow analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for risk management and process improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance, safety, and quality standards..
