Logistics Coordinator / Operation Executive

As an Operation Executive / Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key player in delivering excellent services to our customers across Malaysia. You will be in regular contact with Truck Drivers who deal with customers on the ground, and by working together you will plan and adjust the schedule based on incoming reactive schedule

• Organize daily schedule to ensure the task is able to perform deliveries and services;
• Liaison between Drivers, Customers and the sales team;
• Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;
• Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;
• Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter;
• Perform site visit included outstation;
• Perform Depot visitation (Pengerang/Ulu Tiram, Taiping, Kemaman and etc) to provide support & guidance to Drivers and dispatch team;
• Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;
• Jointly coordinates with the Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manage and determines route actions and assuring route completion
• To perform other tasks that contribute to the smooth daily operation;
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
