We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Rental Specialist to help drive the success of our vision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our platform rental services, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user satisfaction.
- Oversee daily rental transactions, guaranteeing accuracy in system documentation and adherence to technical specifications.
- Coordinate throughout the entire rental process, from reservations to delivery, addressing rental issues, and ensuring smooth collection procedures.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential users and partners to increase the lifetime value of our platform.
- Assist the Head of Department in compiling and tracking performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide prompt and efficient technical assistance to users, contributing to a positive customer success experience and resolving any technical issues promptly.
- Drive initiatives to optimize and automate the rental operational process, enhancing efficiency and improving the overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Deep passion for start-up culture and technology.
- High energy, organizational prowess, independence, and quick learning ability.
- Possess an innate curiosity and a desire to unravel and comprehend problem statements, regardless of their complexity.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment with minimal instruction.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
- Candidate with min. 3 years of relevant experience in equipment industry are preferred. Experience in the construction or B2B field will certainly catch our attention! We welcome fresh graduate as well!

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
