Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in meetings to prioritize deals and handle exceptions.

- Handling escalations and exceptions, ensuring deals meet required approvals.

Requirements
- Experience: 6–7 years in a BPO environment, 3+ years managing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Experience with Lead to Cash processes is a plus.
