Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Experience: 6–7 years in a BPO environment, 3+ years managing teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Experience with Lead to Cash processes is a plus.
