Prepare and coordinate internal and external reports among the programme team. Develop templates for data collection forms, reports, and other documentation. Prepare weekly timetables and coordinate with trainers on teaching schedules. Assist the Director in student communication and management. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and manage supplies. Handle departmental operations and logistics. Assist teachers and support teaching efforts as needed. Collect data on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis for all programs. Assist in evaluating programme effectiveness through data and feedback collection. Monitor program progress and ensure objectives are met. Produce SOPs, flowcharts, and process descriptions. Prepare organizational documents such as presentations and project briefs. Write letters and handle email correspondence. Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have: Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in Administration/management Experience in event planning and management Proficiency in using spreadsheet functions for efficient and streamlined documentation and data collection. Proven written communication skills for monitoring and evaluating reports. Must have the ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis, despite working in flexible schedule; Understanding of SOLS 24/7 values, principles and objectives and demonstrated ability to put them into practice in the workplace; Proven ability in the areas of organization skills, conflict resolution, advocacy and group facilitation; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team;
