Senior Marketing Executive

About This Role:

As a Senior Marketing Executive, your role involves overseeing and leading various marketing campaigns to promote Accounting Superhero and its services. You will oversee all promotional events that can make a difference for our organisation’s success.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and publicity

• Develop and plan marketing strategies for the company.
• Executing marketing strategies, planning marketing events and product launches.
• Developing the Company’s online and physical presence via its various brands.
• Overseeing content writing for websites and social media platforms, including writing and proofreading creative copy.
• Conducting market research, analysing marketing trends and brand awareness.
• Writing and proofreading creative copy.
• Preparing marketing budgets and monitoring marketing expense.
• Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with various departments for all promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing operations are carried out smoothly by the marketing team.
• Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Be a spokesperson for Accounting Superhero & the brands under the company and represent the company at events in Malaysia, Singapore and the region.

Client Success

• Overseeing the sales and client success team to ensure congruence in marketing objectives of the company and best overall client experience.

Reporting

• Take full responsibility of reporting to the management and leadership team on a timely basis the performance of the marketing functions of the company.
• Manage the marketing team of the company and assume the role of reporting officer.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following attributes:

• A degree in marketing, communication or relevant fields
• Required language: English.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience as Marketing Executive
• Experience in project and campaign management
• Have a proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
• In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
• Hands on experience with marketing software and tools
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
