The Responsibilities: -To conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes. -To liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost of material. -To conduct supplier qualification, evaluation and follow-up on vendor price, quality and delivery performance. -To establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers’ performance. -To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities and cost analysis. -Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account and other departments on material planning and budgeting. -Performs any other duties as assigned by Superior. Requirements: -Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field or Diploma with 5 years experience. -Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin. -More than 5 years working experiences in procurement is preferable (especially in furniture industry). -Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft word & Microsoft Excel. -Can work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure. -Good personality and excellent communication skill. -Must able to work in Shah Alam and can travel. -Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
