IPC Executive Coordinator(Indonesian)
The IPC Executive Coordinator is key in providing seamless, high-quality care for international patients. This position involves managing complex patient cases, guiding patients through the medical process, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include pre-consultation support, specialist coordination, and mentoring junior staff. Flexibility to work online, including occasionally outside standard hours, is required to address urgent patient inquiries and ensure continuous service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Pre-Consultation and Advisory:
- Review medical records and reports to assess patient conditions and recommend suitable specialists and diagnostic / treatment options (in a general & estimation basis).
- Conduct virtual or teleconsultations with prospective patients to clarify inquiries and provide preliminary guidance when needed.
- Develop comprehensive pre-arrival treatment plans, including cost estimates and timelines.
2. Medical Team and Specialist Coordination:
- Collaborate with specialists/clinic to confirm patient schedules, treatment pathways, and diagnostic requirements.
- Ensure specialists are well-informed about patient histories before consultations.
- Proactively follow up with specialists to resolve outstanding patient cases or address unique care requirements.
3. Comprehensive Patient Journey Management:
- Oversee the complete patient journey, from initial inquiry to discharge and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Resolve escalated service issues promptly to maintain high patient satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
