Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and storage of all relevant documents.
- Manage the return and processing of Job Instructions (JIs) and Delivery Orders (DOs) from drivers.
- Key in monthly driver commissions and advances.
- Monitor Puspakom reports for all trucks assigned to the Shah Alam Branch.
- Oversee and ensure accurate entries in drivers' logbooks.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between managers and drivers.
- Work with other departments to optimize transportation services.
- Create and issue accurate invoices and bills.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma holder with 3 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and accuracy and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is an added advantage.
