Job Description :

Ensure smooth daily operations of warehouse; incoming, storage and outgoing activities in accordance to company policies, system & related regulations for warehouse
Sustainable control of inventory for raw materials, material for production and Finished Goods in warehouse.
Ensure proper arrangement and storage of stock items in warehouse in accordance to the required standards.
To maintain stock accuracy in both NAV and physical control.
Establish professional and harmonious working relationship with both internal and external stake holders.
Establish procedures and records to facilitate operation and historical tracking of warehouse operation with respect to related policies and sustainability.
Maintaining high standard of safety especially in handling lift truck and equipment and housekeeping practices.
To coach, support, develop and motivate warehouse team in maintaining high moral and performance.
Accountable for maintaining conditions of assets, facilities and equipment assigned to the team
Develop and continuously improve performance of warehouse and team in area of safety, quality, cost and operation efficiency.
To perform additional task as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement :

·Diploma/ degree in Supply Chain/Warehouse/ Logistics Management/ Business or any related fields.
3-5 years’ experience in warehouse management experience preferably in F&B industry.
Good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office application and knowledge in WMS system will be an added advantage.
