- Resolving customer issues: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Providing product information: Educating customers about various banking products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.
- Processing transactions: Facilitating routine banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
Necessary skills:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience – customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Languages – Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Able to handle high volume of calls.
