  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Application Support Specialist
Support and maintain software applications to streamline customers' business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite/remote installation of systems for new clients (may require overseas travel).
  • Assist users with remote support during scheduled standby shifts.
  • Conduct product training and presentations for clients, both onsite and remotely.
  • Prepare user guides, customize software documentation, and perform software testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues via remote support.
  • Track and resolve customer inquiries through the ticketing system.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL commands and networking tools.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Fast learner with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.

*Additional allowances for travelling and stand-by duty off hours from home, est RM300-1000.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,300.00 per month
