SITE SUPERVISOR C&S

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision (C&S Focus):

• Oversee all on-site activities related to civil and structural (C&S) works for high-rise projects.
• Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor and inspect site activities, including piling, foundation works, and superstructure, to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely progress and resolve any site issues related to C&S.

2. Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of C&S works, including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete placement.
• Identify any defects or non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Ensure all construction materials meet specified quality standards and are used effectively on-site.

3. Coordination & Communication:

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and the M&E team to ensure seamless integration of structural, architectural, and M&E works.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on C&S progress, issues, and solutions.
• Coordinate with the safety officer to implement safety protocols for all structural works.

4. Health & Safety:

• Enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site, particularly during high-risk activities such as lifting operations and concrete pouring.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with fall protection and scaffolding standards.
• Identify potential safety hazards related to C&S works and take necessary preventive measures.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, inspections, and material usage.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for C&S works.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation for handover.

6. Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to C&S works during the construction process.
• Provide guidance and solutions to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in site supervision, specifically for high-rise construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
