Responsibilities

  • Revenue generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • End-to-end sales: Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Strategize and plan for client engagements: Build tailored solutions for clients, aligning their business goals with our offerings. Develop and execute plans to maximize client value and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct high-impact product demos and presentations, addressing the specific pain points of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers across various segments and industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to refine sales approaches and product positioning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or tech industries. Experience in upselling and cross-selling is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Can speak English; Mandarin is required.
  • Tools/Systems: Proficiency with basic productivity tools (Gmail, spreadsheets). Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track sales. Familiarity with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for client meetings and presentations.
