Sales Representative
Position Overview:
BNF Consulting is looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialists to own and drive the entire sales cycle for a specific target group (e.g., property managers). This role blends strategic outreach, targeted marketing, and direct sales engagement to generate, nurture, and convert leads into long-term clients.
As a key revenue driver, you will leverage email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to attract prospects, engage in direct outreach through calls and texts, and close deals. You will collaborate with our Graphic Designers and Media Content Creator to develop compelling content that enhances brand visibility and supports lead generation efforts. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary, and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Group Ownership & Lead Generation
- Own and manage all sales and marketing activities for a designated target group (e.g., property managers).
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target group’s needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Marketing & Content Collaboration
- Work with the Graphics and Media Content team to create engaging marketing materials, including LinkedIn posts, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Execute data-driven marketing strategies to optimize lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Sales Engagement & Deal Conversion
- Qualify prospects and initiate personalized follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to build rapport and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for your assigned target group.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients within your target market.
- Provide tailored solutions that address their unique needs and challenges.
- Ensure a seamless handover to the Account Management team for ongoing client support.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales and marketing activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, HR services, or professional consulting is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and organized.
