Responsibilities:

  • Create databases encompassing online and offline tour aggregators, large corporates, and tech companies across Malaysia and the APAC region.
  • Initiate cold calls to establish connections with new banks, corporates, tour operators, online/offline travel aggregators, and provide updates on upcoming launches and activities within the lounge.
  • Engage in corporate sales by identifying key contacts within relevant departments and arranging meetings.
  • Maintain communication with existing clients regarding special launches and events held in the lounge.
  • Schedule regular meetings with potential partners for follow-ups and progress tracking, aiming to meet partnership targets within specified timelines.
  • Cultivate and sustain broad and external partner relations with travel agencies, ticket aggregators, hotels, and corporates.
  • Assist the Alliance Manager in negotiating favorable partnership deals aligned with business objectives and strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategy plans in response to market needs, while fostering multi-level relationships with partners.
  • Keep partners informed about developments related to their alliance accounts and provide timely feedback as necessary.
  • Manage alliances with strategic partners and devise sales and marketing plans.
  • Establish relationships with new alliance partners and explore opportunities for new business ventures.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by superiors and management as required.
  • Monitor prospecting activities to ensure comprehensive market coverage, and prepare quotations and proposals for follow-up.
  • Propose innovative ideas for effective marketing and sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, agency, or corporate settings.
  • Minimum qualification in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and report creation).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
