To ensure all activities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO-certified systems, and national standards, specifically MS 2424 Halal Pharmaceuticals – General Guidelines.
To ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed and maintained accordingly.
To ensure timely preparation and execution of the weekly production schedule and to carry out any related duties as required by the immediate superior from time to time.
To ensure adequate and effective training of staff to achieve the desired competency level.
To ensure maximum labour utilization, maximum capacity utilization, high labour efficiency, and machine set-up/cleaning/changeover within approved standard minutes.
To ensure the timely review, preparation, and completion of documents right the first time.
To ensure that all documents (Batch Record/SOP/Record/Report) are written and reviewed accordingly.
To ensure the production process is conducted within approved standard minutes, and to involve and implement Continuous Improvement Projects to reduce cycle time and increase yield.
To ensure production output is within approved standard specifications and meets the approved quality standards.
To actively participate in co-curricular and continual improvement programs initiated by the production department and management team.
