Customer Service Executive
Job Description: Customer Service Executive
1. Liaise with customers and laboratory personnels regarding samples, lab analysis, and report delivery through calls, emails and messages in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Explain to customers the services provided by Prisma Laboratory (M) Sdn Bhd.
3. Receive and process orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate matter after ensuring details are correct, as well as providing order status updates. Processing of orders involves the below : -
- Acknowledge Purchase Oder
- Prepare Sales Order
- Prepare Work Order
- Request Invoice
4. Create and maintain job/sample tracking and ensure results/reports are out on time.
5. Upload invoices into customers’ portal for payment processing.
6. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible remedy. Report serious complaints to the superior for guidance and assistance.
7. Conduct follow up calls on daily basis on the unsolved issues.
8. Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
9. Send reminder emails to customers regarding agreement or contract renewals.
10. Work with and support other departments for a smooth flow of operation.
11. Send introductory email and company profile to potential clients.
12. Create and maintain customer database.
13. Update weekly report to Team Leader.
14. Maintain proper sub-contractor record (i.e Purchase Order, Invoice and Profit Margin etc).
15. Miscellaneous tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
