  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:We are seeking a mature and charismatic Franchise Expansion Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the franchise landscape, particularly in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. This role is critical in managing franchise sales expectations, building strong relationships with potential franchisees, and supporting the overall expansion strategy of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of franchise expansion strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Engage with potential franchisees to communicate the benefits of our franchise model and address their inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and assess market conditions.
  • Manage franchise sales expectations by providing accurate information and support throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting potential franchisees.
  • Support the negotiation process with prospective franchisees, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and report on franchise sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in franchise exhibitions, seminars, and other networking events to promote the brand and attract potential franchise partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in franchise development or sales, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of the franchise landscape and business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills to ensure successful franchise agreements.
  • Mature and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
