Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Delivery Business System Analyst located in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Site IT Manager leading a team comprising of IT infrastructure, deskside operations, application support and development team.
- Work with site management team, including General Manager and his/her direct reports to deliver results and meet expectations aligning with company goals.
- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, meeting IT KPIs and promoting professional growth.
- Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and cross-departmental integrations.
- Oversee the IT budget, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
- Ensure that IT Operations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with the team to discuss the overall project and resource status.
- Provide guidance and professional support to the team in achieving both personal and departmental objectives.
- Continue explore opportunities to assist in improving the quality of applications.
- Drive, deploy and support standard automation projects in support of the Corporate-driven Global Standard Processes initiative.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of relevant hardware and software applications.
- Facilitate IT-related audits and self-assessments between auditors and respective site as well as Corporate/Regional IT teams.
- Perform internal and external audits including customer audits as requested by the auditors or customers.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- At least 10 years of working experience in IT industry with min 5-8 years in MES, ERP & Supply Chain Solution with computer programming background such as ASP.NET in C#, vb.net, Java, Visual Basic and Web Solution.
- Proven leadership skills to guide a team and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong Project Management skillset, to manage, prioritize, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Strong IT skills with in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, cybersecurity, and other relevant IT fields as added advantage.
- Experience in managing and leading IT team (application/admin/deskside/infrastructure) to deliver best results.
- Experience in handling big scale projects, such as new site setup, new customer onboarding, project transfer, ERP migration, etc.
