Key Responsibilities: Order Preparation: Accurately pick items from the inventory according to order specifications. Ensure that the correct quantity and quality of products are selected for packing. Packing Goods: Safely and efficiently pack orders into appropriate packaging materials, ensuring products are protected from damage during transit. Label packages correctly, including shipping information and tracking details. Quality Control: Perform quality checks to verify the condition and accuracy of the items before packing. Report any damaged or incorrect items to the supervisor. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing inventory. Order Processing: Use Shopee's warehouse management system (WMS) or handheld devices to update orders and inventory status. Confirm the completion of packed orders in the system before dispatch. Shipping Preparation: Organize packed goods for timely pickup by shipping carriers or internal logistics teams. Ensure that packages are sorted correctly for local, regional, or international shipments. Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, including pickers, inventory controllers, and delivery personnel, to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage, but not mandatory. Skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing systems. Good organizational and time management skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights (up to 20 kg or more). Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
