Junior UAV Operator

**Responsibilities:** - Assist in planning and executing UAV flights for data collection purposes. - Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure the safe operation of UAVs. - Operate small RPAS and utilize its flight planning software effectively. - Capture high-quality aerial imagery and data according to project requirements. - Collaborate with team members to analyze and interpret collected data. - Maintain and troubleshoot UAV equipment as needed. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations governing UAV operations. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Geomatic Information System, Mechatronic Engineering, or Aeronautic Engineering. - Experience with UAV operations is preferred. - Proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools is a plus. - **Experience of operating Small RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) together with its Flight Planning Software is essential.** - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Teamwork and work pressure resilience are essential. - Familiarity with the Oil & Gas working environment is preferred. - Successful completion of a thorough medical check-up by a Petronas approved Medical Examiner is required within 1 week of job offer acceptance.
