Building Supervisor

• Monitor and oversee daily operations of the facility during assigned shifts.
• Respond swiftly to any incidents or issues, including safety or maintenance concerns, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to established safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility, identifying and reporting maintenance needs or hazards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and security teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, vendors and visitors & addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of all incidents, maintenance requests and other relevant activities.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring energy-saving initiatives within the facility.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, ensuring service standards are met.
• Report major issues or incidents to senior management in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the facilities management or related industry.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Certification in safety or emergency management is an advantage.
• Able to work in shift

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
