Project / Site Supervisor

Job Description :-

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of project / site teams, including coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and addressing issues
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to effectively communicate project status and resolve any challenges
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
• To attend the meeting and site coordination with all related parties ie. Client, Consultant, Other Trades and etc
• Documenting and reporting on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior

Requirements:-

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management or engineering role, preferably in the Sewerage industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, processes, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
