Job Description : 1.0) Deployment Planning: 1.1) Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop deployment plans and schedules. 1.2) Assess site requirements and logistics to ensure smooth deployment of systems or technologies. 1.3) Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during deployment. 2.0) Training Development: 2.1) Design and develop training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and online resources. 2.2) Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of target audiences. 2.3) Incorporate best practices and user feedback into training programs to enhance effectiveness. 3.0) Training Delivery: 3.1) Conduct on-site training sessions for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders. 3.2) Demonstrate system functionalities, workflows, and best practices through hands-on exercises and simulations. 3.3) Provide one-on-one coaching and support to address individual learning needs and challenges. 4.0) User Support: 4.1) Serve as a point of contact for on-site personnel during and after deployment. 4.2) Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance as needed. 4.3) Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution. 5.0) Feedback and Evaluation: 5.1) Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and system usability. 5.2) Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 5.3) Recommend enhancements to training materials, processes, and deployment strategies based on evaluation results. 6.0) Documentation and Reporting: 6.1) Maintain accurate records of deployment activities, training sessions, and user feedback. 6.2) Generate progress reports, status updates, and post-deployment assessments for project stakeholders. 6.3) Document lessons learned and best practices for future deployments and training initiatives. REQUIREMENTS * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. * Proficiency in developing training materials using various tools and platforms. * Technical aptitude and familiarity with software applications, systems, or technologies being deployed. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Willingness to travel to different sites for deployment activities as needed. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, computer science, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience in training, education, or technical support roles, preferably in a deployment or implementation context.
