Project Executive (Fit-Out)

JOB DESCIRPTIONS: Responsible for all project management and administration activities Participate in planning, coordinating and executing the events, functions or store set up Coordinate on new project development Responsible to execute all project work plan and revise as appropriate to meet challenging needs and requirements To liaise with good interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, authorities and relevant parties in resolving all the problems that arise Liaise with mall management and contractors Manage and coordinate all maintenance work in stores and office Coordinate with respective departments, Client and / or Vendor meetings Responsible for paper works such progress report, letter and etc and to report the project progress to the management on a regular basis Liaising with teams such as buying & merchandising, design and marketing to create design themes and plans, including window, in-store displays and etc. Assist in assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store when necessary Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or retail operations team to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept Perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, architecture, interior designs or equivalent Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage Required skill(s): AutoCAD At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field Experience in retail project management will be an added advantage Well verse with Microsoft Word and Excel Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a face pace working environment Self-motivated and good communication skills Willing to travel and possess own transport Willing to work on weekends if necessary
