SAP Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant with proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, or Japanese. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in SAP modules, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be capable of communicating complex concepts in both English and at least one of the specified languages. Key Responsibilities:  SAP Implementation and Support: o Lead and manage SAP implementation projects across various modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM). o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP systems. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.  Business Process Analysis: o Analyze and map business processes to SAP functionality. o Identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency. o Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.  System Configuration and Customization: o Configure SAP modules based on business requirements. o Develop and implement custom solutions and enhancements. o Perform system upgrades and patch applications.  Training and Documentation: o Conduct training sessions for end-users and project team members. o Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and system guides.  Multilingual Communication: o Effectively communicate with clients and team members in English and at least one of the following languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, or Japanese. o Translate technical documents and training materials as needed. Technical Skills:  Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP modules such as: o Financial Accounting (FICO) o Materials Management (MM) o Sales and Distribution (SD) o Production Planning (PP) o Human Capital Management (HCM)  Proficient in SAP configuration, customization, and integration.  Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data models.  Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is highly desirable.  Familiarity with ABAP programming and debugging.  Knowledge of SAP Basis administration and security.  Experience with SAP BW/BI, BPC, and SAP Solution Manager. Soft Skills:  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Adaptability to changing business requirements and environments.  Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Language Proficiency:  Fluency in English is mandatory.  Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, or Japanese. Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.  Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant.  SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred.  Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and support.
