Go Kart Track Operation Executive

• Safety briefings for drivers, emphasizing track rules and guidelines.
• Monitor track activities during races to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with rules.
• Use flags and other signaling methods to communicate race instructions and warnings to drivers.
• Inspect the track before and after each race to identify and resolve hazards or issues.
• Provide immediate assistance during accidents, kart breakdowns, or driver difficulties on the track.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and safety checks on go-karts to ensure optimal performance.
• Refuel go-karts safely and efficiently between races.
• Assist drivers with seat adjustments, tire pressure checks, and other kart setups.
• Maintain the pit area, ensuring tools, spare parts, and equipment are organized and readily available.
• Collaborate with the operations team to manage race schedules and resolve operational challenges.

• Strong awareness of safety standards and the ability to enforce them effectively.
• Excellent observational skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Good physical fitness to handle tasks like moving karts or addressing track incidents.
• Knowledge of motorsports or prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

  Remuneration: RM1.700.00 and above (negotiable)

  Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week

  Schedule: Afternoon shift / Day shift

  Supplemental Pay: Commission and Performance bonus
