Responsibilities:
- Support Finance Controller and partner with stakeholders to drive and deliver business result and financial commitments.
- Analyze financial data and provide reporting, forecasting and financial planning support for full set of financial statement.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on investment and earnings per share.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, investment opportunities and rate of return.
- Support Gross Margin improvement initiatives and R&D checkpoints financial analysis.
- Ensures SOX and Finance Policy compliant.
- Provides support and leads value creation projects and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support adhoc projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy.
- 7+ years working experience in audit/finance or business support, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Understanding of principles of finance & Sarbanes-Oxley
- Knowledges in Oracle, Microsoft Excel & Power Point, OneStream and MicroStrategy. Power Pivot & Power BI will be added advantage.
