Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in handling various tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in maintaining databases by entering, updating, and retrieving data as needed.
- Utilize the company's system to request and monitor budget allocations for administrative needs. Ensure efficient and responsible use of allocated funds.
- Fully utilize the company's systems and software for administrative tasks, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect daily and weekly reports from relevant departments or personnel as required, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings. Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials, and take minutes if required.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with database management software is desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from senior staff.
- Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on off / rest days if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
