Admin/Accounts Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Admin/Accounts Executive to oversee our bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a good grasp of accounting principles, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash flow.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records (physical and digital).
  • Support management in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee records and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and file relevant statutory returns.
  • Assist external auditors during audits by providing required documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions in line with company policies.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and banks to handle financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding financial and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and local financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
