Requirements and skills experiences
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Management role within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
- Fresh graduate in related industry may apply
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
