Assist Operation Manager, oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Monitor and maintain the outlet’s operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Ensure that the outlet is adequately staffed and that all team members are following company procedures and policies.

Support in organizing events or special promotions to drive sales.

Assist the Operations Manager with strategic planning, decision-making, and implementing new initiatives

Requirements and skills experiences

At least 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Management role within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
Fresh graduate in related industry may apply
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
