The Demand Manager is a key contributor who strategically plans and executes Sales and Marketing initiatives, ensuring a healthy pipeline and target achievements within their regional scope. They serve as a link between the regional operations and headquarters, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and driving growth within the region.

Job Description

Oversee Company Strategy and Drive Pipeline Stability:

  • Take charge of the company's overall strategy and promote actionable steps within the region across customer segments, direct and indirect sales motions to ensure a stable pipeline
  • Provide a clear business pulse and actionable insights to guide the region in achieving targets and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan effectively.


Improve Go-to-Market Efficiencies and Drive Business Scale:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance go-to-market efficiencies and lead initiatives to scale, align, and invest in the business.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Global GTM Strategy in collaboration with Revenue Leadership, GTM teams in the region, HQ, and Segment MBT HQ.
  • Take ownership of key global initiatives and projects to foster a healthy 4RQ pipeline.


Enhance Customer Experience and Engagement Models:

  • Actively contribute ideas and strategies to continuously improve the customer experience and customer engagement models.


Ensure Successful Regional GTM unfix Rollout:

  • Facilitate the smooth and successful rollout of regional GTM plans with unfix bases on a yearly and quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Streamline all initiatives, support PSEs in driving motions, monitor progress over Workboard, QlikSense and Salesforce.


Align Sales and Marketing Programs and Stakeholders:

  • Align direct and indirect sales and marketing-led programs and stakeholders based on GTM execution.
  • Monitor the execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation processes, and leading and lagging indicators at all stages of the sales process.


Provide Regional Insights for Tailored Strategies:

  • Oversee target account focus and provide regional inputs on whitespace and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on geo-economic trends and effectively communicate market demand back to HQ, facilitating tailored strategies and product roadmap development based on regional needs.


Ensure Transparency and Communication:

  • Provide transparency of results, pipeline gaps, and action plans to the region and HQ.
  • Monitor the execution and follow-up of GTM activities, tracking outcomes, and effectively communicating progress.


Collaborate on Business Plans and Strategies:

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership to formulate and develop regional/segment business plans and consistently evolve go-to-market strategies. Organize regional planning activities. Orchestrate motions around creating Region objectives and aligning these objectives with HQ.


Analyze and Present Recommendations:

  • Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, translating the findings into easily understandable messages, communications, and presentations.
  • Present recommendations to Revenue Leadership for alignment and investment decisions, focusing on improving sales productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments simultaneously
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, consistently adapting to changes in the market
  • Takes ownership over running projects and initiatives, making sure timelines are met
  • Takes proactive approach in dealing with stakeholders, anticipating business needs and doing contingency planning
