Key Responsibilities:

Attend Walk-in Customers

  • Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom.
  • Provide information about available products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Showroom Display Maintenance

  • Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and well-presented.
  • Regularly check that product displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Update displays based on new arrivals or promotions.

Showroom Stock Control

  • Monitor and manage stock levels in the showroom.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to restock products as needed.

KL Vehicles Control

  • Oversee the movement and display of vehicles within the showroom.
  • Ensure that vehicle inventory is organized and well-maintained.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that vehicles are ready for customer viewing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in showroom administration or retail management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Mandarin speaking

Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000
