- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
3. Team Management:
- Direct and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues.
4. Quality Control:
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues related to workmanship or materials.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including any delays or issues encountered.
6. Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or a related field.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
