Finance Manager (Recruitment Industry)

Job Description:

· Fully manage the company’s full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, and cost accounting.

· Prepare and review financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

· Develop and manage budgets and perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

· Ensure all financial activities comply with Malaysian laws and regulations (e.g., taxation, Companies Act) and accounting standards.

· Handle annual audits and tax submissions, ensuring timely filing of relevant documents (e.g., SST, income tax, CP204, etc.).

· Manage company cash flow and optimize the utilization of funds.

· Establish and maintain good relationships with external parties such as auditors, tax authorities, and banks.

· Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
