1. Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients seeking to advertise job vacancies. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies for advertising job listings across various media platforms, including online, print, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
3. Create, coordinate, and manage effective advertising campaigns for clients, ensuring that job advertisements reach the target audience. This includes setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and providing clients with detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
4. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to optimize sales strategies and advertising solutions for job advertisements. Use data analytics to refine and improve campaign results and identify new business opportunities.
5. Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively selling advertising packages. Negotiate rates and manage budgets for media sales, ensuring profitability and return on investment for both the company and clients.
