Job Description

Job Title: Production executive

To plan, execute and monitor Production (Milling) Programs (Wheat and Flour requirements) through coordination with Production Planner (for Sales forecast).
To verity and ensure plant performing in accordance to the KPI set by management.
To monitor and manage the performance of the production and sanitation team.
To continuously review the process progress versus production planning to prevent shortage of flour supply for sales and deliveries.
To ensure edible flour produce per month meets management.
To ensure and maintain milling equipments in optimum operation condition.
To maintain and ensure sufficient inventory of production replacement parts to avoid prolonged plant downtime due to waiting time for replacement parts.
To take up the role of coordinator in the event of unscheduled breakdown of machines and/or equipment; liaising with maintenance and/or electrical department to minimize downtime.
To enforce safety and health work practices.
To monitor and maintain plant as a safe environment for work.
To enforce GMP and Good Hygiene practices in production area.
Undertaking any task assigned by management

Job Requirements

Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition/Dietetics, or any other relevant field.
Industrial Background Preferred: At least 1 years of working experience in the manufacturing field
Must be computer literate and ability to effectively manage paperwork
Able to work independently, good working attitude, initiative, responsible and trustworthy
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Able to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Willing to work in Pulau Indah
Possess own transport and valid driving license
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
